Shipping Policy

Physical orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing time is typically 3–5 business days, but may be longer during high-volume seasons.

Orders ship through the most reliable and cost-effective carrier available at the time of purchase. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless the item includes free shipping. Digital products are delivered instantly to the email address provided at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email automatically. If your package is delayed, lost in transit, or marked as delivered but not received, contact the carrier directly for the most accurate updates.

Customers are responsible for submitting the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders placed with an incorrect address cannot be replaced or refunded.

Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Digital Products
All digital items, printables, and downloads are final sale and cannot be refunded, canceled, or exchanged once the order is submitted. Digital products are for personal use only and must not be shared, forwarded, or distributed. This protects the integrity of the work and honors the effort that goes into creating each resource.

Physical Products

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery at [email protected]. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If possible, we will send a replacement.

If a package is marked as delivered, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements. If a package is lost in transit, we will review the situation case-by-case.

Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
